Instructions by email
You will shortly receive an email with the address and instructions for sending the products back.

Sending the return
You have 14 days to send us the products, intact and in their original packaging. Shipping is at your expense.

The refund
Once we have received and checked the return, we refund you within 14 days to the same payment method used for the order.
