Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your contract here, within 14 days of delivery. Fill in the form on this page: no account needed, just your order number. You will receive the receipt of your request by email straight away.

Check the summary and confirm your withdrawal declaration: it is the final step, immediate and binding.

Get your receipt

We email you the receipt straight away, with the text of your declaration and the date and time it was sent.

Before you start

What to know about returns

The right of withdrawal applies to every online purchase and you do not have to give a reason. Here are the key conditions: the full text is in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  • You have 14 days from delivery to give notice of withdrawal, and a further 14 days to send the products back to us.
  • Products must be intact, sealed and in their original packaging: opened or consumed bottles cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product was wrong, faulty or damaged in transit.
  • Your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving the return, to the same payment method used for the order.
  • The form stays available for the whole withdrawal period and never requires you to create an account.
