In summer 2021 took place the 23rd edition of the oenological competition EnoConegliano, which chooses and awards all the best local products. EnoConegliano is tightly linked to the association Dama Castellana, which every year organises several cultural and food and wine events in the beautiful Conegliano.
Tenuta San Giorgio stood out in this edition of EnoConegliano; indeed seven of its wine were prized. The winners of the prestigious Diploma di Merito were the three Prosecco: millesimato extra dry, brut and rosé; the two reserves Reposum® and Brumanera; and the two white wines Insula manzoni bianco and Focaia sauvignon.
Actually, raboso Piave was the real star of this competition; indeed, both its version passito and Malanotte Piave DOCG scored 86,7 which was the highest among Tenuta San Giorgio wines; this is definitely an excellet result, and it makes us proud proponents of a native vine.
